For our children, Pre-K through 5th grade, we begin with the entire family in service together hearing the opening worship music and announcements. But knowing children learn best by doing instead of just listening, we offer a breakout program for children – learning the gospel in an active, hands-on way. And best of all, they will be back in time for communion as a family!
Using the Spark Story Bible, our objective is to teach the Bible so that children transition from our program knowing the stories and order of events from Creation through the Early Church. Additionally, we want the children to build a sense of community and friendships, seeing Church as a fun and engaging place to be!
Children's Church is offered during out 10:15 am worship.
We cycle through the Bible annually as follows:
- July – November: Old Testament
- December: Christmas
- January – Mar/Apr: Jesus’s Life & Ministry
- Mar/Apr: Easter
- Apr/May – June: Early Church, People of the Bible, and Principals (ex. Fruits of the spirit)
