Cross & Crown is an ELCA-affiliated Lutheran church in Matthews, NC. For nearly 30 years, we've fostered a welcoming congregation that loves God and cares for each other. At Cross & Crown, you'll find opportunities for uplifting worship, spiritual growth, Christian fellowship, and community service. We are excited to announce a joint call for co-pastors of Cross & Crown Lutheran Church! Pastor Melody and Pastor Matt Simpkins will come to us as "one" call, a wife and husband team jointly sharing the duties and responsibilities of pastoring our church. Their complementary skills, talents, and personalities will benefit Cross & Crown as we have the honor of working, worshiping, and growing our faiths together with them and their 5 kids!

Our worship includes prayers, songs, C&C Kids, Bible-reading, a sermon and Holy Communion. Christ welcomed all to His table and all are welcome to Holy Communion.
