LeAnne Bates has served as the Administrative Assistant at Cross & Crown for 16 years. A passionate scrapbooker and baker, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and Chihuahua, Gizmo. Born in Miami, FL, LeAnne moved to Charlotte as a teenager. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tommy, for 35 years. They have a daughter, Erin, who lives in Raleigh with her husband, Sam, and their two Golden Retrievers, Wiley and Jeter. At Cross & Crown, LeAnne especially loves designing the weekly newsletter and collaborating with staff and church members.
